Technical Support Manager required
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Midlands
Rate of Pay: £49,317 + Car Allowance
Venn Group are looking for a Technical Support Manager to work across the Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a full range of technical support to clients throughout their building programmes or individual projects.
- Carrying out visits to customers premises and project sites to ensure projects are delivered to customers’ satisfaction.
- Identifying contractors and suppliers with the best capability to deliver construction, maintenance and compliance contracts throughout England for the benefit of local communities and secure their commitment to servicing clients.
- Visiting sites to carry out detailed inspection of works to assess their quality and conformity to specification, managing queries or complaints concerning any company components or service.
- Attending internal and external events such as ‘Meet the Buyer’ events, product launches, workshops, and conferences
- Building strong and influential relationships with our Partners, Appointed Companies and sector stakeholders and become a thought leader on the technical aspects of delivering Government’s Net Zero Decarbonisation.
- Gaining in-depth operational knowledge of LSE products and services including technical specifications and pricing structures
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Degree or experience in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Construction Project Management
