Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Job description: We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a Public Sector organisation, based in Merseyside, for 3 months with potential of further extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience to join the organisation and provide assistance to the Legal Services Department.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist with day-to-day administration of the department – maintain efficient documentary records
- Provide a secretarial service in respect of a wide range of documents including minutes of professional meetings, correspondences, reports and legal documents
- Prepare documents for court files, complete legal forms across various areas of law including Conveyancing and Employment
- Make arrangements for the team
Hourly rate: £11.76 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Those with previous administration experience, with an interest in the legal sector, are encouraged to apply. Our client is willing to consider a range of applicants. You must be willing to travel to the organisation’s Headquarters – a hybrid working arrangement can be negotiated.
The client will consider full time and part-time applications, with a minimum of 3 days a week being required.
