We are working with a not-for-profit organisation in Watford to recruit for a Finance Admin on a temporary basis, although there is an opportunity for the role to become permanent. You will be responsible for supporting the wider finance team by assisting with administration duties and processing expenses. The role is full time and you will be required to go onsite twice per week.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting the finance team with general administration support
- Ensuring that supporting VAT documentation and receipts are submitted with claims
- Dealing with expense queries and notifying staff of payment date
- Checking claims submitted adhere to company policies and procedures
- Verifying expense claims adhere to HMRC guidelines
To be considered you will need to demonstrate relevant experience, have working knowledge of SAP Concur system and be available at short notice.
