Venn Group have been approached by a support organisation and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Tenancy Support Worker       

Location:         Crewe – CW1

Rate:               £11.68 - £12.50 p/hour (PAYE inc hol pay)  

Hours:             37.5 hours p/week – mix of earlies, lates and occasional weekends

Length:            3 months

The role will predominantly involve:

• Supporting up to 18 residents in their own tenancy providing support maintaining their tenancy
• Conducting welfare checks / home visits
• Carrying out key working sessions with clients
• Responsible for tidying and light cleaning duties in the tenants’ homes
• Recording interactions and case notes
• Supporting residents with attending appointments
• Promoting independent living

The successful candidate must be able to start within short notice and have experience within doing a similar role previously
