Trainer

Our client, a global technology organisation, urgently require an experienced Trainer to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

• Experienced Corporate Trainer
• Able to obtain SC Clearance

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for delivery of training and education interventions to meet the needs of the training
  programme to defined standards and outputs
• Working knowledge of a Systems Approach to Training and its application in the
  training environment
• Deliver the Learning and Development activity ensuring resources are identified, utilised and developed to meet the business requirements
• Support the Team Leader in developing an effective team to deliver business requirements
• Promote the progression of teaching practices to maintain and improve quality standards and ensure OFSTED compliance
• Employ the functional skills necessary to perform effectively as a Professional Trainer
• Manage internal relationships
