Transfer Pricing AVP - Financial Services 

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to work in a global bank in London. The project involves establishing a universal bank in Germany and the UK. The purpose of the role will be to provide Transfer Pricing support and advice throughout the project, help redesign and implement the new Transfer Pricing procedures and processes and to document the new intragroup transactions.

The successful candidate will assist the Project team and EMEA Tax in developing appropriate TP models and processes that are properly implemented in complying with the arm’s length principles.
This role requires interfacing with the Project teams, EMEA business, Finance and Tax teams and the Planning teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical expertise and understanding of the OECD and local transfer pricing laws, tax controversy and regulations, and related corporate tax matters.
It would be advantageous if you have previous experience working in the financial sector or experienced gained from working at the Big 4. The candidate must be a Qualified Transfer pricing Specialist and possess strong project management skills as well as the ability to work as a member of a team.
