Administrator needed for immediate start

A position has arisen for a temporary Administrator placed within a highly reputable health care organisation situated in Hertfordshire. This role takes responsibility for all the administration support on the Transport Services Team for a contract length of 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
Your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Transport Services Team
- Dealing with the day to day telephone call/enquiry support
- Operating and best managing the vehicle location system
- Delivering appropriate GPS information and translating that data to ensure an effective transport service provision
- Inputting all booking requests and allocating the most appropriate to user requirements
- Ensure all documents are organised in an effective manner within the department
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
The successful candidate should have:
- You must have experience using Excel, Word and other databases
- Experience working within a similar role in a commercial environment
