**New Opportunity – Treasury Charging Officer**

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association on a hybrid role, who are looking to recruit a Treasury Charging Officer. The organisation is looking to support their development programme’s restructured debt facilities. Reporting into the Head of Development, the ideal candidate would be available to start as soon as possible.

Title: Treasury Charging Officer
Location: Hertfordshire
Hours: Full time, (3 days in the office)
Contract: Permanent
Duties:

• Lead and take responsibility for the security charging process
• Collate the charging packs in accordance with solicitors requirements
• Prepare packs including planning permissions, S106 agreements, reports on titles etc.
• Report progress of the charging portfolio regularly 
• Ensure that properties are charged within an established timeframe
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders where required

Experience:

• Social Housing experience (desirable)
