Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly regarded healthcare organisation, based within Hertfordshire, to source a Website Project Lead for the following interim assignment:

Location: Hertfordshire (remote working, some occasional travel required)
Contract: 5 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate: £180.00-£200.00 per day plus holiday pay, depending on experience
Your duties will include:
- Working to a Project Brief, leading on the development and refresh of the corporate and recruitment websites, as well as several smaller sub-sites, working with internal stakeholders as well as development agencies to achieve a modern, user-friendly and integrated site which positions the brand in the best possible light
- Engaging with our internal stakeholders, especially the commercial, patient experience and HR teams to ensure they are part of the process and their views and ideas are considered
- Working within the parameters and recommendations set in a previous phase of this project, whilst considering tech innovations for the website to go even further and integrate more (e.g. links to our telephony software systems etc.)
- Working with potentially multiple development agencies and understanding implications on other teams, working together proactively and with a problem solving mind-set
- Ensuring effectiveness of the outcomes with a focus on user experience, brand consistency, easy edit-ability and traffic increase following the use of the site as a marketing tool. Additionally, the refreshed site should improve existing user journeys and admin processes wherever possible for recruitment, feedback and user contact purposes to become a real asset for the organisation
- Positioning the content of the site to capture the spirit of the organisation with an attractive modern design, reflecting the organisations strategy and have parity for the range of service they provide
- Seeking assurance from hosting and website company on cyber security elements
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in a varied Marketing role working as a Project Lead
- Experience working on website development projects
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
- Good knowledge of using WordPress and other content management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build good working relationships
- Immaculate grammar and spelling skills
- An eye for detail and excellent brand awareness
