Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Wills and Probate Lawyer to join a driven and forward-thinking law firm in North Yorkshire.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

• Managing own caseload of Wills, Trust Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection applications
• Liaise with clients face to face and via telephone
• Guide and support junior members of the team

We are looking for someone who is:

• Able to work autonomously, with experience managing own workload relating to Wills & Probate
• Able to communicate effectively with clients
• Able to support other members of the team and undertake training and supervision
• An effective team worker

This opportunity will suit someone of 2-5 years PQE and local to the North Yorkshire area who is looking for career progression.
