World Mental Health Day
Posted on October 2022
World Mental Health Day is an opportunity to re-focus on the protection and improvement of mental health for all.
When discussing how we would observe this occasion, it quickly became apparent that sharing was at the heart of supporting one another, whether that be lived experiences, tips for wellness, or examples of what brings positivity into our lives; with each insight a conversation opened.
To stimulate these conversations amongst our employees, we asked everyone to share a thought on wellness and happiness on post-it notes in the main gathering areas across all our offices.
We realise this was only a tiny act in the global crisis of mental health, however, the smiles raised and conversations stimulated advocated the value and time we should all invest in promoting the mental health of ourselves and others.
