We were retained as sole agents based on our track record of delivering IT/digital candidates to Redbridge over several years and on the recommendation of the Director of Revenues and benefits. Our London Digital ICT Team ran the campaign and having worked with London Boroughs for over 17 years, we were able to deliver this specialist role
Used our agile, team-based approach to design a far reaching and targeted advertising campaign through a variety of niche IT and sector specific platforms
Leveraged our local government network to provide targeted recommendations and deliver accurate headhunting across the UK market
Collectively, the team sourced approximately 50 finance/digital specialists and after completing interviews we presented a shortlist of 4 candidates from diverse backgrounds who were all progressed to the interview stage by the client
Captured client feedback and learning following the first-round interviews, and restructured our campaign and targeted response to include the clients revised requirements
Presented our second shortlist within a week and the successful candidate was interviewed and offered the same day
Provided clear visibility of the recruitment process by setting out a planned structure for the client to track our progress
The end to end recruitment process (including 2 campaigns) was completed within 5 weeks and the appointee in place by the targeted date.
