Tim has 8 years of recruitment experience, throughout which he has seen success across a multitude of sectors and has now been leading our Housing Finance & HR team for 6 years. Tim has consistently implemented commercially-minded recruitment strategies that incorporate the social values of an ever-changing sector.

Alfie joined Venn Group in 2022 and has become a crucial part of the Housing Finance & HR team within a short period of time. Alfie always goes above and beyond for his clients and candidates, ensuring an excellent service is provided throughout the entirety of the recruitment cycle.

Jacques joined Venn Group in 2021 and specialises in Finance and HR recruitment within the housing sector. While being new to recruitment, he has quickly made a name for himself in the market and works closes with a number of housing associations to provide solutions to their recruitment needs.
