Tom Ripley | Client Solutions
Posted on November 2022
We are delighted to announce that Tom Ripley will moving to our Client Solutions team next month.
Tom will be focusing on driving new growth and the further expansion of our Temporary, Permanent and Project Government and Education recruitment services across the UK.
‘I’m excited to be joining Mike and Philip in the newly formed Client Solutions team in December. We firmly believe there is a significant opportunity to provide a nationally focussed, solutions-driven, business development function.
The principle aim of our team will be to support and drive growth across existing frameworks and vendors as well as seeking out new solutions. My initial focus will be on our Government offering, with an emphasis on providing our clients with highly qualified and diverse shortlists of specialist candidates, as well as enhancing our end-to-end candidate experience.
I’m extremely grateful for the support and backing I’ve had from James and Avtar to take on this new challenge and, whilst I will miss day-to-day finance recruitment and my team in MK, I’m really looking forward to getting started.’
Tom Ripley, Recruitment Manager
‘It’s great to have Tom join our Client Solutions Team to focus on enhancing our existing relationships across the UK, as well as developing innovate resourcing solutions that meet our clients’ and candidates’ current and future needs. Tom has an enviable ten-year track record of success in both Public and Private sector recruitment, and we’re delighted to welcome him to this new, key, national role.’
