Tom Madderson Promotion

​Congratulations to Tom Madderson on your promotion to Manager of our Central & East Healthcare Corporate Services team. We heard from Tom about this achievement.

“I’m delighted to have been promoted to Manager. I joined the team almost five years ago after about three years on Finance and came into my own under James de Ste Croix’s guidance, which has just seen me complete a fourth year as this office’s top biller.

I’ve really enjoyed the collaborations we’ve made with a number of NHS organisations, assisting many with digital transformation utilising our projects & consultancy offering. It feels especially good to close 2023 with this, after working towards this promotion for most of the year, and I want to say a huge thank you to James de Ste Croix who has been extremely supportive throughout the process and ultimately getting this over the line. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some excellent Managers over the years in Milton Keynes who have been fundamental in shaping my career from when I first joined, so it’s great to see that go full circle as I embark on my own management path and support newer consultants.

I’m looking forward to a strong 2024 where my two major aims will be to develop our team and to build upon well-established successes in the following healthcare markets: Digital & Technology, Project & Programme Management, Commissioning & Operations and CHC.”
