Jacob Rufus, Senior Consultant - Defence & Security Jacob joined the Defence & Security team at Venn after graduating from the University of Portsmouth. He brings excellent communication skills, recruitment experience and regularly constructs long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. He is a specialist regarding security clearances and has guided many candidates towards Engineering/IT roles where they have thrived. Jacob strongly believes that by working in the Defence & Security team he is not only supporting candidates and UK firms, but a wider community inclusive of veterans. |
Chloe Bailey, Senior Consultant - Defence & Security Chloe has been working in recruitment for 1 year. She started off recruiting for engineering positions in Germany within Aerospace and Automotive companies. Since coming to Venn Group as a Senior Recruiter, Chloe joined the Defence and Security IT/Engineering team who specialise in finding SC and DV candidates’ jobs within market leading clients. Chloe thrives on building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients through excellent communication and service.
