Emma Walker - DirectorAfter completing her LLB Law degree at Swansea University, Emma joined Venn Group as a Consultant in 2005 and was given the opportunity to set up the new Legal Division for the Midlands region in 2008. In her current role as Director, Emma oversees specialist teams across both the Legal and Local Government sector. She is responsible for Venn Group’s nationwide presence in these areas. For Emma, recruitment is about going the extra mile to understand her candidates and clients so that she can deliver a personalised approach that goes above and beyond expectations.  | Tom Hoult - Senior Managing ConsultantAfter studying Law at the University of Chester, Tom joined Venn Group in 2017 where he became part of the established Public Sector Legal Team in the Midlands Office. Since then, he has been promoted to Senior Managing Consultant and now leads Venn Group’s offering at the senior level of the interim market across the Law & Governance sector nationwide. Taking a pragmatic approach, he believes building a true understanding between all parties is the key to a successful recruitment process and is looking forward to making new connections and developing current ones at the upcoming conference.
