Accounts Payable Assistant (25 hours per week)
We are currently working with an organisation who are in need of the interim support of a Part-time Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial three month period.
Inputting supplier invoices in to the company system
Managing the AP inbox
Identifying critical payments/suppliers
Creating supplier payments runs and upload into the bank
Resolving PO queries and raising PO numbers where required
Managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a quality service
Have experience working within accounts payable or a similar role
Ability to liaise with suppliers and employees in a professional and respectful manner
Be available to start a role in mid-January
Duration: 3 months temporary
Hours: 25 per week
Rate: Negotiable dependant on experience
Remotely based initially with a view to eventually work in the Wolverhampton office
