A position has arisen for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to work for a large College Group based in Central London. The role will report into the Accounts Payable Team Leader.
FULL-TIME ROLE
Hybrid approach ON-SITE 1/ 2 days
Job responsibilities include:
- Recording and processing all invoices in accounting systems
- Liaising with college staff regarding queries, invoicing and processing
- Undertaking supplier statement reconciliations
- Answering supplier queries in timely manner
- Assisting with training on finance systems
- Preparing journals and reports
- Supporting financial transactional team with adhoc duties
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have recent Accounts Payable Experience
- Excellent IT and numerical skills, including use of spreadsheets
- Be an excellent communicator
Salary: £25,675 per annum
