An exciting position has arisen for a fully remote part time Accounts Payable Officer to work for a large well known Charity. The role will be assisting the Senior Management Accountant in clearing a backlog of invoices,
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable function
- Set up new suppliers with relevant credit checks
- Process supplier invoices and send out for approval
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliation
- Prepare weekly payment runs
- Review staff expenses and ensure payments are processed monthly
- Manually code invoices
Successful candidate profile:
- Must have experience in in the accounts payable function
- Must have at least 2 years finance experience
- Must have experience of finance packages
- Must have excellent written communication skills
