An exciting position has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a large well-known Charity based in Central London. The position will be sitting in a large AR team and reporting to the Income Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders such as administrators and Local Authorities ensure queries related to unallocated payments or unpaid invoices are resolved
- To allocate income from various streams
- Ensure all shared email drop box filling is done promptly and correctly
- To ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Support line managers with ad hoc requests
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as and when required to support the finance team as a whole
Successful candidate profile:
- At least 3-years’ experience working in a complex accounting environment, preferably with accounts receivable experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel
- Working towards Accounting degree desirable but not essential (AAT, CIMA, ACCA…)

Length: 9-12 month contract
