The Firm

We have partnered with a Tier 1 ranked employment team with a highly reputable, legal 500 law firm as they look to expand their department. This firm offer a fantastic working environment with a close knit team who work with high end clients based in Buckinghamshire.

The Role

Due to an influx in work due to their outstanding corporate connections, alongside a new global billion pound business partner, the team are looking to add two new individuals into their tier 1 ranked team.

You will be working closely with the partner on primarily defendant work both Nationally and Internationally on high quality work, including the following:

• Whistleblowing
• Restrictive covenants
• Internal investigations
• Tribunals and disciplinary actions
• Corporate transactional support

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years PQE in Employment law
• Confident in dealing with international clientele
• Passion and drive to contribute to the growth of the business
• Experience dealing with defendant matters
