Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a public sector organisation based in Birmingham.
This role is for 8 months, working 37.5 hours a week paying £13.18/hr inclusive of holiday pay PAYE.
This job role will be mainly remote working with the requirement to be on site once every 2 weeks.
Duties
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the national teams and their programmes
- Regularly liaise with and negotiate with senior stakeholders and their offices on difficult and controversial issues
- Track all project plans and actions across the team, highlighting potential risks and delays in delivery
- Co-ordinate internal and external meetings for the team including calendar invites, agendas, papers and minutes
- Provide complex, sensitive and often contentious information in a variety of formats
- Problem solving skills, and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands
- Ability to analyse complex facts and situations, and develop a range of options
- Strategic thinking – ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise
- Ability to prioritise own work effectively and be able to delegate activities of others
