Temporary Medical Secretary & Temporary Clinic Coordinator
Venn Group are assisting a large NHS organization with multiple administrative roles on an ongoing basis, in the Manchester City Centre area, with an immediate start.
The key role responsibilities are:

Undertaking administrative duties on-site in an acute hospital setting

Audio-typing on behalf of Consultants and wider medical teams
-
Organizing clinics on a regular basis, liaising with medical staff and patients to arrange and rearrange appointments

Typing, scanning and filing on behalf of medical staff
-
Maintaining secure covid-19 practices at all times
Please note that this role MUST be undertaken on-site, and you will need to complete full framework compliance before start. Previous administration experience is essential, and previous NHS experience would be highly beneficial.
