Team Administrator
Venn Group is pleased to be supporting a major NHS Organisation based in West Yorkshire who are looking to bring on a Team Administrator on an interim contract until March 2022. The successful candidate would be responsible for providing support to the Admin team and will have experience in an administration support or PA role.
Main Duties
- Transcribe minutes and organise agendas in meetings (currently over Zoom)
- Format clinical documents for internal and external distribution
- Extensive diary management
- Deliver efficient administrative support
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in admin support role
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Office and clerical skills
- The ability to effectively communicate at different levels
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
NHS Banding: Band 3
Location: West Yorkshire – with home working available
Duration: End of March 2022
