Administrator
A reputable client of ours is recruiting for a Administrator for three to six months paying £10.28 per hour. You will need to go onsite in Oxford. The orginsation has multiple sites across Oxfordshire and you can be based out of any of them.
Essential skills/experience required:

Taking minutes
-
Confident managing diaries and responding to emails

Confident with MS Office (including Word and Excel)
Main duties include:

Manage diaries
-
Support several people in the department
-
Responding to department emails
-
Taking minutes in meetings
-
Support with ad-hoc duties required by the Manager
