Administrator
Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator to join a dynamic PR & Communications team within a leading charity. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide essential support to a busy team delivering impactful communications projects.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and maintain the team rota to support effective resource planning
- Manage and update team subscriptions to relevant platforms and services
- Input and maintain accurate information in team documents and spreadsheets
- Process invoices and ensure accurate financial administration
Ideal candidate profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within PR, communications, or a similar environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting team objectives
Location: London
Duration: 6-month interim contract, subject to further extension
Hourly rate: £16 per hour
Working hours: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
