Administrator needed for immediate start

A position has arisen for a temporary Administrator placed within a highly reputable health care organisation situated in Somerset for up to 30 hours a week. This role takes responsibility for all the administration support for a contract length of 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
Your duties will include:
- Dealing with calls and emails for the department
- Raising purchase orders
- Taking and transcribing notes of any meetings
- Making orders and signing of invoices
- Maintaining accurate administrative files, rationalising to a paperless system where possible
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience carrying out a similar role within a commercial environment
- Experience using databases
