School Administrator and Logistics Co-ordinator

Venn Group is currently working with a school in Berkshire who are looking to recruit an Administrator and Logistics Co-ordinator to work alongside the school secretary.
Salary: £26,000
Location: Berkshire
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 16:30, occasional Saturdays: 07:30 – 12:30
Job Responsibilities (Admin):

Provide exceptional customer service to parents and stakeholders by welcoming guests and answering phone calls professionally and courteously

Assisting with filing, maintaining and updating information on ISAMS and physical pupil files

Administration, support, and practical arrangements for major events

Assist the Director of Admissions with beginning and end of year administration and preparation

Ensure daily registers are updated by teachers and compose morning email to staff with absences
Job responsibilities (Logistics):

Co-ordinate the school bus service to run efficiently

Prepare the daily bus board for checkout

Liaise with Bursar on pupils occasionally using service and availability of necessities (food, drinks and 1st aid)

Ensure the rest of the front office team are kept up-to-date with bus lists and relevant information to ensure smooth running of service at times of handover and / or cover
The successful candidate will have:

Extensive experience working within an administration based role (preferably within a school)

Excellent customer service and communication skills
