Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor – up to £55 per hour – North West

Venn Group’s expert Legal Team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join an established Local Authority in the North West. This post will be for an initial period of 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. 

The role will be performed on a hybrid basis, with attendance required at both the office court required. They are ideally seeking someone on a full-time basis, however part-time applicants will be considered. 

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX with ASC experience. 

The successful adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to: 

• Debt recovery 

• Court of Protection

• DOLS
