Area Manager Permanent Vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Support Organisation and would like to introduce the following positions available
Position: Area Manager
Location: Yorkshire: Halifax, Castleford, Tameside
Salary: £38.230.40 p/annum
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours p/week with opportunity of home working
The role will predominantly involve:
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the supported accommodation managers
- Conducting regular supervisions, probations, and appraisals for the supported accommodation managers
- Fostering a positive and collaborative working environment to ensure the well-being of managers, staff, and young people
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety
- Responding promptly and effectively to crisis situations or incidents within our homes
- Working collaboratively with supported accommodation managers to implement improvements based on feedback, audits, and inspections
- Ensuring efficient resource allocation, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops to support the professional development of supported accommodation managers
The successful candidate ideally will have a Diploma Level 5 in Children, Young People, and Families Management, minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role within children's social care, supported accommodation, or a similar setting
