An opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager to join a progressive organisation based in Birmingham. This is a brand-new role within a new team, offering you the chance to shape and define the asset management function from the ground up.

It will see you joining a supportive team and will allow you to play a pivotal role in future-proofing the regions transport infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop asset management plans for transport assets
• Act as a subject matter expert for asset management
• Ensure all assets meet relevant standards and requirements
• Work closely with delivery teams and asset owners
• Manage a small team and provide guidance to consultants

Your Expertise:

• Experience creating asset management plans and policies
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Capable of interpreting and writing complex technical reports
• Ideally you will have experience of asset management from transport, construction or engineering sectors
