Job description: A well-established NHS organisation in North Yorkshire are currently recruiting for a Associate Director of People to join their team on an temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to support in the development and delivery of strategic projects and objectives.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Ensure the development and delivery of high quality Workforce services across the portfolio
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve the delivery of services with a focus on staff experience and cultural transformation
• Support the Director and Deputy Directors to develop and evaluate the workforce
• Play a key role in providing direction and operational management to teams
• Provide complex informed advice on all matters relating to Workforce
• Lead on Workforce planning activities, in support of the development of operating plans
• Contribute to national workforce planning exercises
• Support in implementing transformation initiatives such as new roles and embedding new ways of working
• Develop People and Organisational Development skills within the Trust and embed these within the Divisions, through training, development, coaching and mentoring
• Develop effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
• Undertake other tasks and duties as required

It is essential that candidates applying for this role are fully CIPD qualified and have previously worked at a senior management level.
