**New Opportunity – Band 7 CHC Case Manager *
Venn Group is working with a large NHS organisation based in central London to recruit for a DCD Case Manager. The role will work closely with the Clinical Lead to support on the running of the CHC department within the remit.
Duties:
- Inside IR35
- Capped Band 7 NHSE rates
- Face to Face DSTs
- Local resolution meetings
- Case management
- Previous CHC Case Management experience required
Location: London
WFH: Face to Face assessments – the rest can be done remotely
Daily rate: Band 7 £361 via Umbrella
Contract length: 3 months
Hours: 37.5
