Building Surveyor Vacancy, Based in Torquay, Permanent Role

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor in the Torquay area.

The job responsibilities will be to:

• Carry out surveys for stock condition and energy performance
• Undertake risk assessments and action any findings as appropriate.
• Assist with the delivery of energy improvement works and contracts
• Certify accounts in respect of contract/works under supervision in accordance with approved Financial Regulations.
• Maintain communication between partner contractors, staff, tenants, tenant groups, leaseholders and external organisations.
