Business Accountant
Remote Working
We are currently working with a well-established organisation who are in need of a Business Accountant. Local Government experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Budget Monitoring / Budget Preparation
- Year End Tasks
- Production of ad hoc reports to Senior Leadership
- Compiling and submitting Government returns
- Providing cover to other Business Accountants
- Undertake projects as required by line management
Key Requirements:
- Previous Local Government / Public Sector knowledge and experience
- To be a fully or Part qualified Accountant with extensive Budget setting / monitoring experience
Full JD available upon request.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 month contract initially with likely extensions
Rate: £20 - £25 per hour (Inside IR35)
