Position: Business Events Administrator
Hours: Full Time
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £14.32 plus holiday pay per hour

About the role
- Lead the planning , organising , promotion of all events for the Innovation Space. Plan and support the technical on-facilitation of each event / workshop
- Provide administrative support to the team ensuring all programmes of work – workshops are organised in a timely fashion and professionally delivered. Including diary management for the team
- Regular requirement to use MS Office suite and PowerPoint to create reports; maintain one or more information systems, significant job responsibility
- Act as a relationship manager between the consultancy and clients to support the delivery of a high quality professional consultancy service
- Organise workshops, including preparing / providing technical online facilitation support to each one - selection of venue, provision of materials where necessary (all work is currently delivered online)
- Undertake surveys or audits, produce summaries of events / workshop as necessary to support the work of the team.
About the person
- This role requires someone highly organised with excellent planning skills
- Experience working in health service
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills and ability to navigate the external political environment
- They must have an advanced skill with IT packages, manipulating data, keyboard skills for designing presentations, processing documents
- Maintaining departmental databases
- Must be able to produce high quality outputs working independently to do this
- Excellent communication skills
