We are recruiting for an Application Support Analyst within a bank based in London team. The role holder will safeguard the continuity and efficiency of key financial applications including Gloss, Suade, IntelliMatch, and CIF.
This individual will play a key part in providing support to the wider team, ensuring a comprehensive approach to incident support. This role is not just about maintaining the status quo; it’s about actively engaging with the Business Application Support team and the Change Team to foster a symbiotic relationship that drives successful project deliveries and aligns with business and support objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles within application support teams, demonstrating a robust understanding of incident and change management processes. Mastery of the Incident and Change management lifecycle is desired, as is a proven track record in IT application support, with the capacity to manage and own incidents and problems from inception to resolution.
An exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities is essential, ensuring that service levels remain high and business end users experience minimal disruption. Communication prowess is paramount, with the skill to distil complex user queries into comprehensible dialogue for both business users and support teams.
