We are currently recruiting for a number of Call Handlers to work in the Coventry area. This is a demanding role and requires good ability to handle large volume inbound telephone calls whilst maintaining accuracy and follow up queries in a timely manner.
This is an urgent requirement which is available on a temporary to permanent basis – please only consider this opportunity if you are immediately available or on a one week notice period. All work will be completed onsite in Coventry.
This is a good opportunity for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and are able to demonstrate good customer service skills. Good IT skills are essential.

Ability to prioritise and time manage own workload
Have a confident and pleasant telephone manner
Ability to work independently and within the team
Good attention to detail
Experience working in a call centre environment would be advantageous
To maintain confidentiality, security and integrity of information
Good IT skills
Possess the necessary enthusiasm, drive and motivation required to achieve maximum results
Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems
