1. Civils Supervisor

We are seeking a Civils Supervisor with SSSTS and CSCS certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong civils background and will be responsible for overseeing civils work, liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civils work on-site.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• SSSTS and CSCS certifications.
• Proven experience in civils work.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

2. Commercial Role

We are also looking for a skilled professional to fill a Commercial Position based out of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing valuations, surveying, and estimating, with a strong background in dealing with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations, surveying, and estimating for various projects.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and bids.
• Provide support to the project management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a commercial role within the construction industry.
• Strong background in dealing with subcontractors.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
