Venn Group are delighted to have once again partnered with one of our valued clients in the Health sector, to source a proactive and diligent recruitment professional for the following interim assignment:
Location: Oxfordshire (hybrid working)
Contract: Three months +
Rate: £14.32 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week
Key Duties:
- Drafting advertisements for a range of vacancies, posting across multiple sites to maximise reach
- Ensuring all candidates meet the required standards for the appointment including CCT dates and immigration status and notify the clinical lead of any issues prior to interview
- Sending out interview packs
- Issuing conditional offer letter to successful candidates and monitoring candidates through the ATS at each stage including conducting pre-employment checks
- Supporting with the appointment of Honorary or MOD Consultants, ensuring the candidates have been appointed via an AAC
- Regularly reviewing contracts of employment, model job descriptions, person specifications and Specialist Support processes to ensure up to date regulations are reflected
- Writing board papers and policies/procedures for medical staffing processes and practices as required
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong background in recruitment/resourcing, ideally in the public sector
- Demonstrable administrative skills
