Known for their commitment to excellence and a client-focused approach, we are looking to secure an experienced Commercial Litigation Locum to their busy department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Advise clients on litigation risks, strategy, and potential outcomes.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and work towards achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
