Job Title: Locum Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer
Location: Midlands
Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid – with office occasional attendance 
 
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a full-time role where you will be handling a variety of Commercial property matters including regeneration.

Duties may include:
 

• Preparing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work
• Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
• Representing the Authority’s clients and negotiating with third parties on any commercial property related matters
• Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters

 
This post is full time (37 hours per week) on a hybrid basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
