Job Title: Locum Commercial Property and Conveyancing Lawyer

Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time or Part Time, Hybrid Working (The Client is happy to discuss with candidates in regard to frequency of office attendance)
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property and Conveyancing Lawyer. This can be a full time or part time where you will be handling a variety of land and property matters.
Duties may include:
- Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters
- Handle a mixed caseload of commercial property and conveyancing matters, involving land and property queries
- Working on Local Governance Conveyancing
- Dealing with land transactions of Parish Councils
This post can be full time or part time on a hybrid basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
