Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Midlands – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella ­­­– Hybrid Working – 3 months – Part Time (3/4 days per week)

Job Title: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

Location: Midlands     
Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Part Time, hybrid working (although can be fully remote for the right candidate)

Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Property Lawyer.  This is a part time position where you will be handling a variety of land and property matters.

Duties include:

• Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
• Representing the Authority’s clients and negotiating with third parties on any commercial property related matters
• Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters

This post is part time (3/4 days per week), on a hybrid basis offering up to £55 per hour Umbrella.
