The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expanding and ambitious team. You will be entrusted to manage your own caseload of Commercial and residential development sites including, conditional sale agreements, site assembly, ransom strips, options, sub-station leases, collaboration/JV agreements, promotion agreements, acting for landowners in respect of sales to developers (experience of developer’s requirements) and ancillary knowledge of planning law/construction process.
Further experience in Agricultural matters would be ideal, but each candidate will be considered on their own merits. This position is ideal for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking to move to a forward-thinking, modern firm with a friendly and supportive team.

The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 1 years’ experience
- Detailed knowledge of Commercial Property matters
- Knowledge of Agricultural matters
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable
