Venn Group’s legal team are currently partnering with a reputable firm in the North West who are seeking a Commercial Property Locum to join them on an immediate, ongoing basis.

Role Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 3 months+ (potential extension)

• Location: North West (hybrid)

• Hours: Full-time

The successful candidate will manage a varied Commercial Property caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases of commercial premises

• Leasehold work

• Landlord and tenant matters
