A well known Private Care Group in South West London are searching for a Commissioning General Manager who can lead them through the opening of a new Home.
The role will report into the Operational Director and will have full responsibility for the management and success of the home. It will also have some duty management requirements (split between 4 Heads of Departments)
The role will commence approximately 6 months before the home opens, so previous commissioning experience is absolutely crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of care and services; ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and cost control within budget.
- Lead and develop staff; set objectives, reviews, and training.
- Engage residents, families, staff, and external partners; maintain strong communication.
- Ensure safe practices, infection control, and incident reporting.
- Use IT systems effectively; provide accurate management report
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Commissioning General Manager role, within a Private Health organisation
- Availability to travel on-site (SW London) 5 days per week
- Strong communication skills, and commercially minded skillset
