HR Systems Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Systems Manager to join a well-respected Organisation based in Central London. This is a temporary role leading the set up and configuration of IRIS Cascade. The postholder will be supporting back end development and liaising with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and configuration of IRIS Cascade HRIS modules
- Customise workflows, user roles, and permissions based on organisational needs
- Configure and maintain Networx ATS integration within Cascade, including data mapping
- Review current system set-up and recommend enhancements and system efficiencies
- Ensure seamless data flow between Cascade and Networx, including recruitment data syncing and HR record updates
- Manage user access rights between systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Carry out stakeholder collaboration
- Work closely with the People Team, compliance and IT, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Provide training and support to users on system functionalities and best practices
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to Cascade and Networx integration
- Liaise with vendors and support teams for escalated issues and system upgrades
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Cascade’s reporting tools
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting
- Support, maintenance and integration with third party people systems
- Review and enhance the current internal people site on SharePoint making this user friendly and fit for purpose
- Create user training or manuals to make user self service possible
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience implementing and supporting IRIS Cascade HRIS
- Hands-on experience with Networx ATS, especially in integration scenarios.
- Proven technical experience of working with SharePoint
- Technical proficiency in system configuration, data mapping, and user access management
Job Title: HR Systems Manager
Length: 3 months with option to extend
Hourly Rate: £27.50 per hour
Location: Charing Cross, London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days pw on site)
