Venn Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a major NHS Organisation based in the North East, who are looking to recruit a Company Secretary on an interim contract. The role will involve supporting the CEO, Chair and Council of Governors on all corporate governance issues, and scrutinising all regulatory decisions. Attendance at board meetings and the development of corporate documentation will be within the remit of the role. The appointee will also act as Company Secretary for all the subsidiary companies of the Trust.
Candidate experience:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in NHS corporate governance or will have previously acted as a Company Secretary to a large NHS organisation and have detailed knowledge of the NHS infrastructure. The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal skills and will be able to gain and sustain credibility with the board.
NHS Banding: Band 8b
Location: North East
Duration: Rolling Contract
